Noble has made a terrific line of rough terrain lift trucks that are both mobile and rugged. These machinery have over time shown a great ability to perform with stability and mobility on all types of terrain, all while carry significant loads. The RT forklifts have an emphasis of being able to complete jobs in even the harshest setting and are manufactured on performance.
The Noble RT Series has been designed with the requirements and the comfort of the user in mind. The operator compartment offers excellent visibility and fingertip operational controls to allow maximum productivity. Additionally, the cab has been engineered with a large "Easy-On and Easy-Off Compartment" for simple exiting and entering.
Operators Compartment - These equipment have been ergonomically designed for the comfort of the operator's cab. The engineers have strategically placed the seat in a lower position so as to reduce any pitching of the driver and provide a more comfortable ride. This feature particularly comes into play during long haul operations.
Engine - The RT engine is powered by the Tier II diesel Perkins 1004C-44 engine. This specific lift truck offers optimum performance when completing any job because of the engine and the equipment's tough design.
Mast - The mast is a forty-five degree forward, hydraulic tilting device. This tilting mast translates to easy transport and RT storage. The Noble RT forklift is equipped with either a 2-stage or 3-stage side shifting mast that has dual side chains along with dual cylinders. The visibility of the operator is really enhanced by getting rid of the carriage side chains, the hoses and the center cylinder.
Frame - Noble engineers utilize ProEngineer software to construct and design a one piece frame with integrated design with a purpose to provide complete durability, optimum strength and total stability in every kind of condition.
R Series
The R Series is a forklift which is engineered especially for Rough Terrain applications. The Power Shuttle Transmission is engineered to be dependable and work well in tough environments. There are Leaf Spring Suspension systems which are available on all models to provide Operator comfort while reducing damage to frame, the load and the axle. The engines are made to provide reliable and consistent power. Non-towable units feature a strong planetary drive axle.
Noble TR Series
Every machine in Noble's TR Series comes with a Pantograph Reach Load Delivery System and Increased Load Handling Stability. To help get rid of premature stress and fatigue failures, the Cellular Frame Construction is Pro-Engineered. Hydrostatic power provides infinite drive. Clear visibility is achieved during load placement and retrieval due to the center seated position. Last but not least, it only takes the flick of a switch to start 3 or 2 wheel drive.
